Staff Registration

Hello to all you awesome Araminta leaders and leaders-to-be!

YOU are extremely vital for camp to happen and we are incredibly excited that you want to give this week of your time to serve! With the addition of High School Camp (which in and of itself will be an incredible experience of growth and fun), there are more options than ever for leaders! Let the following be a guide to help you apply, and you will hear from us soon!

Date Applications open: April 1st, 2017

Date Applications close: May 15th, 2017

Leadership notifications will be sent by June 1st

How do I join the leadership team?

First, make sure you understand the different roles we have available on the leadership team and the qualifications for each role on our Staff Qualifications page.

To apply, log in to your UltraCamp account that you have always used to register for camp. If you do not have an account, you will be able to create one. Please do not create a new account if you have been to camp before! Once in your Ultracamp account, click on your name and then choose "make areservation." Choose the "leadership application" session and answer all questions. 

Note: this includes a required third-party recommendation form to be filled out by your pastor or youth minister. This is a required step to be considered

Flight Crew / Leaders-in-Training (LIT)/ Counselors-in-Training (CIT):

  • Session Cost: $305

Counselors / Leadership Staff:

  • Session Costs: $0 (Covered by Camp)
